Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Times
All orders are processed and prepared within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive a confirmation notification as soon as your package has been shipped.

2. Delivery Times
Once your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is 5 business days for mainland France.

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly during busy periods (holidays, sales) or due to circumstances beyond our control, such as strikes or adverse weather conditions.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. Order Tracking
As soon as your package has been handed over to the carrier, we will send you an email containing a tracking number. This will allow you to track your package in real time until it reaches your delivery address.

5. Delivery Issues
